Mortgage Bankers Association

The Mortgage Bankers Association of Puerto Rico (MBA) is a nonprofit entity established to maintain and preserve the mortgage banking industry by encouraging its members to promote and carry out a responsible practice in the granting of mortgage loans and in exercise good judgment in the application of local and federal regulations so as to maintain the good name and prestige of mortgage institutions and credibility with consumers.
